NATIONAL MEDICAL FELLOWSHIPS (NMF) SCHOLARSHIP

ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must be U.S. citizens who are African American, Mexican American, Native American, and mainland Puerto Ricans; academic excellence and leadership among minority students.

DESCRIPTION
Awards range from $500 to $10,000. Some of the awards are for specialty areas including: surgery, cardiology, urology, substance abuse research and treatment, medical telecommunications technology, pediatrics, community medicine, and HIV/AIDS care and research.
