ELIGIBILITY
Junior or Senior standing at an accredited college; Any major; Graduate of a high school in Malheur County (OR) or Payette County (ID); Financial need considered in conjunction with goals, scholarship, student leadership and community involvement.

DESCRIPTION
Offer $500 scholarship.
